MACHINERY AND DEPARTMENTS

We are equipped with a higly advanced machinery that allows us to perform high-precision machining and to produce products corresponding to aesthetic and functional needs, even to customer drawings.
The departments dedicated to transformation, production and workshop include several latest generation machines and automated tools for metalworking, including machining centers, anthropomorphic robots for product extraction, numerical control assisted lathes and robotic welding systems.
Each machine is equipped with multiprocessors and control units with video controls, cooling systems, software and data recorders for monitoring the production processes (bending, drilling, grooving, etc.), so as to ensure continuous control of the operating phases and production schedules.

CRAFTSMANSHIP

We carry out inspections during production and detailed measurements of semi-finished products. The surface finish of each metal part processed by automatic tools is checked by our operators of Quality Control.
We test the functionality of each assembled product before packaging.
All our products are finished, cleaned, polished and tested before being placed on the market.
Orders are processed on time, international deliveries and shipments are made on time.
