PROFESSIONAL FAUCET DESIGN

PROFESSIONAL FAUCET DESIGN

The design of professional faucets is evolving toward less harsh forms, light and fluid curves, and increasingly ergonomic and practical compositions and handles.
We create robust products with reliable technology and low water consumption, given the demanding workload of professional kitchens and the need to reduce water waste. However, they also feature contemporary stylistic features and shapes that integrate seamlessly into a variety of contexts.
Such as the single-hole, single-lever mixer faucets from the Molly line, whose compact size makes them suitable for installation on sinks and washbasins in both professional and residential kitchens.
They feature a single lever to adjust both water volume and temperature, and a spout that easily directs the flow toward the center of the drain.
They feature clean, essential lines and modern yet elegant finishes.
The design of our professional Molly faucets creates a functional, yet aesthetically pleasing and relaxing environment.

PRODUCE SUSTAINABLY

PRODUCE SUSTAINABLY

Even in the professional faucet sector, environmental awareness continues to grow, and the market demands increasingly eco-sustainable products.
We are committed to sustainability, both in the design and production phases: it's an ethical choice, it's always been part of our corporate philosophy, and it's an ongoing commitment.
We use recyclable raw materials, such as brass, stainless steel, and reusable alloys.
We manufacture our products in-house, adopting technologies and processes that minimize environmental impact, including in finishing treatments.
We optimize processes to reduce metal waste and the use of ancillary substances, as well as energy consumption. We collect scraps for recycling and other production residues for separate waste collection.
We pay attention to the details and quality of each product, with the goal of making them last as long as possible.
We integrate advanced features into our products so that end users can limit energy and water consumption.
We believe that environmental awareness and the adoption of eco-sustainable manufacturing practices are a duty of all manufacturers.

SPECIALIZED ASSEMBLY

SPECIALIZED ASSEMBLY

The manufacturing process for professional faucets includes, in addition to component production and finishing, the assembly of the various external and internal parts (body, levers, spouts, valves, gaskets, etc.), functional testing, and quality control of the finished product.
Some phases, such as dimensional and functional verification of components, are partially automated.
Assembly operations, however, are predominantly manual, such as screwing, welding, gluing, and assembly — all tasks that require skilled craftsmanship, precision, and specific technical skills.
For this reason, our staff undergoes comprehensive training and ongoing professional development, and is also specialized in the assembly of highly complex taps.
After assembly, all products are aesthetically inspected and tested: we want to guarantee proper functionality, high performance, durability, and longevity.

THE IMPORTANCE OF INTERNSHIPS

THE IMPORTANCE OF INTERNSHIPS

We believe that hosting interns in companies to help them complete their studies is crucial: it is an opportunity for growth for the intern and a demonstration of our social responsibility as entrepreneurs.
An internship in a work environment with a customized training program allows the student to move from theory to practice, acquiring new skills and field experience. This also allows the intern to determine early on whether the chosen program meets his aspirations and expectations.
During the internship, the company can observe the individual's skills, commitment, education, and other qualities, potentially proving a valuable asset to be added to the workforce in the future.
By supporting professional development of student interns, we contribute to the transfer of skills to the next generation and contribute to the inclusion of new professionals in our sector.

CONTINUOUS TECHNOLOGICAL ADVANCEMENT

CONTINUOUS TECHNOLOGICAL ADVANCEMENT

In recent months, our production departments have been further automated with the introduction of new robotic systems for taps.
In particular, in the processing centers for brass components, which will form the core of the finished product, we have installed latest-generation Kawasaki industrial robots.
The new robots, technologically advanced and equipped with powerful and customizable software, handle the components with speed and precision, significantly improving the processing process of the semi-finished product.
We believe that it is important to keep up with the progress of technology and continually invest in industrial automation, both to increase the efficiency of production processes and to ensure a high standard of safety in the company.

THE VALUES OF FOOTBALL, OUR PHILOSOPHY.

THE VALUES OF FOOTBALL, OUR PHILOSOPHY.

Our commitment to supporting sports in our area continues: since 2023 we have been sponsors of Udine “Donatello Calcio”, a football school led by president Antonio “Totò” Di Natale, ex-football striker and legend of Udinese.
We support football because, like other sports, it is a tool for inclusion and social cohesion, it's healthy for the mind and body of those who practice it. But above all we share education and values that football can transmit to children, values that as adults become fundamental in relationships with people, in small and large challenges of every day.
Determination, ability to face and overcome difficulties, continuous improvement.
Respect, integrity, discipline and self-control.
Team spirit, trust and cohesion.
Football values fully reflect our corporate and life philosophy.
