SOLUTION DRAIN PLATE – OVERFLOW PIPE

Producing professional taps for the industrial kitchen sector also means knowing how to produce quality, durable and reliable drain plates and overflow pipes.
The drain plate is inserted inside the sink hole with the aim of protecting the drain. In practice, it's a filter that stops solid materials and waste, and thus avoids possible blockages and clogging of the pipes.
The overflow pipe is an element that must be inserted into the drain. When the sink is full of water, the pipe prevents overflowing, providing a drainage channel for excess water when it reaches the opening of the pipe.
Over the years we have continued to design drains and overflow pipes for the sinks of large professional kitchens, expanding the range of products available in catalogue, improving their reliability and robustness, indirectly contributing to improve speed and efficiency of the staff working in kitchen.

In 2022, following our company vision and the situation in the international markets, we wanted to invest in new technologies connected to Industry 4.0, looking to the future with positivity.
We wanted to change the image of some departments introducing modern equipment that allows us to increase efficiency at several points in the production chain. We optimised material picking, speed and precision of processing, handling and storage of semifinished products and finished products.
Technological innovation of processes allows us to communicate faster between departments, to have more flexibility and control, to improve performance, safety and well-being of our staff, and to operate in an environmentally sustainable way.
